1. Shipping Timeframes
At Himestore.com, we source our products from global fulfillment centers to bring you the best prices.

Processing: Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. However, during peak seasons (Holidays, Chinese New Year, etc.) or due to logistical issues, delivery can take up to 25 business days.
2. Third-Party Carrier Responsibility
Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, it is in the hands of the postal carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, etc.). Himestore.com is not liable for:

Delays caused by the carrier’s internal logistics.

Delays due to extreme weather or "Acts of God."

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer. (Please contact your local post office for GPS coordinates of the delivery).
3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Himestore.com is a global store. The customer is the "Importer of Record" and is 100% responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country's government. We will not refund orders that are refused by the customer due to customs fees.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
We ship strictly to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address is complete and accurate.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an "Insufficient Address" or "Unclaimed" status, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost Packages: We do not offer refunds for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided for every order via email. It may take 3–5 business days for the tracking status to update once the label is created. If your tracking has not moved in 15 days, please contact our support team.
