1. ACCEPTANCE AND BINDING AGREEMENT

By purchasing from Himestore.com, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. You agree that any purchase made is for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

2. MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES AND SERVICE

• Price Volatility: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

   

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

• Address Errors: Himestore.com is not responsible for shipping errors, lost packages, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• Order Limits: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

4. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING DISCLOSURE

Himestore.com operates as a dropshipping entity. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Items are shipped directly from third-party global suppliers.

• Shipping Estimates: Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delay in shipping does not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the customer to an automatic refund.

• Customs & Seizure: We are not responsible for items seized, delayed, or taxed by your local Customs office. All import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall Himestore.com, our directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

• This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or strict liability.

• Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased shall be limited to the purchase price of the product only.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Himestore.com and our parent, subsidiaries, partners, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.

7. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

By purchasing from Himestore.com, you agree to contact our support team to resolve any issues prior to opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank.

• In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to report the incident to global credit reporting agencies and debt collection services, which may negatively impact your credit score.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party (Himestore.com).
